Errors in consumer credit reports are not uncommon. Identity theft also creates credit reporting problems. Unfortunately the automated processes used by the major credit bureaus  often do not correct all errors, even when several consumer disputes are made for the errors. I sue the three major credit bureaus for consumers who assert their rights have been violated.
